By accessing, registering on, or using the kx8app website (available at kx8app.club) and any associated services, products, games, or features provided by kx8app, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and kx8app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kx8app platform and close your account if one has been created. • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on kx8app content

Player-initiated closure: You may request the permanent closure of your kx8app account at any time by contacting kx8app support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unexpired bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or withdrawal verification requirements. Account closure requests submitted under self-exclusion are processed with priority.

Following permanent account closure, you may not register a new kx8app account without prior written consent from kx8app. Attempting to circumvent a closure by registering a new account constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kx8app operates in the Bangladesh market and these Terms reflect the context of that operational environment. Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute between you and kx8app — whether relating to game outcomes, account decisions, withdrawal processing, bonus terms, or any other matter — the following process applies:
